My husband brought me this yummy maple doughnut with chocolate frosting. I thought it looked so pretty. I put it on this pretty saucer and took a pitcher of it so I could draw it.
About Colette Lee
I have been an artist at heart my whole life. I started learning to sew at the age of three and turned it into a career as a young adult. I have retired from sewing professionally but I can’t let go of my sewing room! I taught art for about ten years to grade school age children. I finally retired from that and now I do art to please myself. I enjoy oil painting but I really love colored pencils!! I discovered “good” colored pencils about ten years ago but have only really had time to seriously dabble in the last couple of years. I am starting to add to my collection of pencils and I enjoy every minute that I am able to sit and draw. I hope you enjoy my work!
